Parking
• Free street parking is available next to the building but might be limited during high season.
• Garage parking is available for a daily fee. Fee to be paid upfront in cash at the time of check-in. Property manager will provide details prior to arrival.
Things to know
• Tourist Tax: $1.10 per person per night (for those over 16 years old) for a maximum of 7 nights. Paid in cash upon check-in.
• Check-in time from 16:00 to 24:00. After-hour check-in is not recommended and not guaranteed.
The guest must inform about the check-in time 48 hours before arrival. (after-hour check-in will result in a €50 additional fee).
• You will be charged $325 refundable damage deposit
• Damage deposit will be refunded within 5 working days. If a deduction has been made from your deposit you will be notified beforehand.
• You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• A crib can be provided upon request at 50€ per stay including the linen.
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. We provide - 1 set of bed linen and towels for each. Complaints about the lack of bed linen/towels are not accepted if the number of guests differs from the number that exceeds the maximum occupancy. In case of booking an object for a period of more than 2 weeks, a second set of lines and towels are provided.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events:
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• For late check-out, it is necessary to inform the local representative about it at least a day before the expected date of departure and pay a fee:
50% of the daily rate in force at the time of departure - in case of departure before 20:00,
100% of the daily rate for departures later than 20:00.
• Extra cleaning can be provided upon request at the additional charge
• Please respect the rest hours and pool hours set by each HOA. During quiet hours, it is strictly forbidden to make noise or play loud music.

Cancellation Policy:If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
