We try to stay here whenever in the DC area. The location is excellent by being close to the interstate and Route 1. Scads of restaurants are just a few minutes south on the main drag. The rooms are of adequate size, the beds are great, extremely comfortable and our rooms are always very clean.
The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and professional. You get to park right in front of your room which is great for unloading all of our equipment and personal belongings. A simple continental breakfast was available too.
Our entire crew highly recommends this place!

●Old Town Alexandria
A busy, historic district along the Potomac, Old Town is marked by cobblestone streets and 18th-century townhouses. George Washington slept at Gadsby’s Tavern, one of the many small museums in the area. Another is Stabler-Leadbeater Apothecary, opened in 1783.
●Torpedo Factory Art Center
The Torpedo Factory Art Center is the former U.S. Naval Torpedo Station, a naval munitions factory on the banks of the Potomac River in Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia which was converted into an art center in 1974.
