Because of the location it has good access to highway 27, the International Airport (+/- 25 min) and the beaches (1 hour).

● Next to this casita is a pond and a river please take caution with children!
● You receive control for the access gate to the property, please take this with you every time you leave the property.
In case of losing the remote, a fee of $25 will be charged.

● NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
● Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
● Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
● Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
● State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
● No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. There is a $500 fine if you violate this policy.
Noise disturbances will not be tolerated and will result in you vacating the premises.
Local attractions
The neighborhood is very convenient for those who like to be close to the City Amenities to get away from the hustle and bustle. Many nice restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are only a few minutes away. Highway 27 is 5 minutes away and the International Airport is only a +/- 25 minutes drive. The beach can be reached within 1 hour! From Santa Ana, it's very easy to go on one day-tours to Volcanos, Rain Forests, and beaches.
The bus stop is around the corner but it's also an easy drive with Uber or other taxi services. Many Dental Clinics are in this area for those coming for dental work.
