This Buena Vista condo is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views and all amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Come enjoy the fishing, golf and walking and riding trails or just sit on the beach and relax.
The condo is only a half-mile from the Hangout where you will enjoy concerts, great food and a perfect location for everything. Hangout Music Festival, Shrimp Fest, and Hangout Oyster Cook Off just to name a few. In this area, you will find favorite restaurants, shopping, water parks, zoo and much more.

House rules
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

The fold out couch could use a new mattress or topper. Everything was great minus the comfort level of that fold out bed.
