We are a professional short-term rental company. We have policies and rules that adhere to the codes set fourth by the city and each neighborhood community we are part of.
If you intend to smoke, throw a party, or create excessive noise, then please cancel immediately because this property is not suited for those scenarios.
Please observe these simple House Rules so that the space stays safe, clean, and in great condition for future guests. Consistent breaking of our house rules after an initial warning will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given on the reservation. Additionally, we will need the photo identification for the person completing the booking.
SEVERE & ENFORCED PARTY POLICY: By accepting these house rules, you are agreeing that any breaking of our house rules, including but not limited to: throwing parties, Excessive Noise Violation, Smoking Violation, Extra Guests Violation, fine of 500.00, the immediate cancellation of your reservation and your voluntary removal, and the ability for on-site security or city police to enter the property without your permission. If damage or criminal behavior occurs at our property we will file charges directly against the reservation holder. We will not tolerate any parties at our rentals and we will enforce these policies stringently.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: We are a smoke-free rental. Smoking of any kind will not be tolerated. The reservation will be canceled and our onsite courtesy police officer will be called to escort everyone off-premise. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and burning any kind of incense or sage. We have smoke sensors that immediately alert us in real-time if there is smoking on the property. The sensors are reliably accurate for detecting chemicals present in tobacco and marijuana smoke. There is no discussion or negotiation as to whether or not a guest was smoking in our unit or not after we receive an alert. A 500.00 smoking fine will be added to your reservation if this rule is broken.
HOUSE PARTIES: House parties will not be tolerated. The reservation will be canceled and our onsite courtesy police officer will be called to escort everyone off-premise.
Check-out time is 11am sharp. Late checkout may be available upon request at least 12 hours before checkout.
Check-in time is after 4pm. Ask ahead of time for Early check-in available for 50.00.

• Free street parking: please only park in the driveway of the house, not on the street or on someone else’s property, or be subject to being towed or law enforcement being dispatched.

• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots

• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• Please keep remotes in their appropriate rooms.
• Please lock doors, turn off all lights, and televisions each time you leave the home
• Turn fireplace to pilot mode when not using.
• Place all trash in trash cans and clean up after yourself.
• Damages and/or theft will result in appropriate fines
• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.
