The property includes three pools, one of which is heated, clay tennis courts, racquetball courts, fitness club, community room with billiards tables and a full kitchen. Beach service with chairs and umbrellas are available.
This Hosteeva condo is conveniently located close to many of Perdido Key's restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Johnson Beach is a stone's throw away and provides restrooms, showers, picnic tables, walking trails and covered pavilion as well as miles of pristine beaches. Lost Key Golf Course is right down the street from Beach Colony and is an award-winning Arnold Palmer course.

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.|
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
