• Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
House rules
• At least one guest must be 25 years or older. (Proof of age will be required at check-in).
• NO SMOKING in-house. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
