Welcome to Bufords Bluff, a homey chalet nestled in the Appalachian mountains. Spreading over an acre and half of the private land, our property can offer a vacation that is relaxing as well as adventurous. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with added sleeping areas accommodating a total of 6-8 guests. A perfect getaway for friends and family. Buford’s Bluff also welcomes your canine family members!
The Chalet is on a quiet private road with plenty of space to enjoy the sounds of nature. It includes a wrap-around porch to enjoy all sides and listen to the birds chirping while enjoying the beautiful weather.
Our wrap-around porch offers multiple seating on the front and back porch. There are 2 firepits located on our property. One is located in the front yard and the other in the backyard.
Lastly, a picnic table located in the backyard is provided for dining with outdoor views.
Located Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, 2-night stands, 1 dresser, 50-inch smart TV, closet, and a private entrance to a full-sized bathroom.
Also located upstairs is a micro loft warranting 1 or 2 sleeping arrangements with a twin-sized day bed and trundle perfect for kids. The second bedroom is downstairs on the main floor featuring a queen-sized bed, 1-night stand, closet, and 43-inch TV alongside a full-sized bathroom.
On the main floor, you will find a comfy living area attributing a high vaulted ceiling and elongating windows providing gleaming sunlight and nightly stargazing. Furnished with a 65-inch smart TV, vintage chess/checkers table, gas fireplace, a single recliner chair with matching recliner sofa, and a full-sized sofa bed. Most importantly, a photograph of Buford purposely hung to meet your eyes greeting you the moment you walk in.
The Kitchen is completely stocked for cooking needs. Just bring your own food and seasoning and we’ll provide the rest. Bringing everyone together over home-cooked meals.

• Pet Rules
Pets are allowed at an additional $115 pet cleaning fee + tax
No pets allowed on furniture pick up waste dogs must be leashed dog bowls in the designated area in the dining room kennel pets when leaving please sweep any pet hair dispose of waste in the outside trash
Please pay the pet fee if you are bringing a pet right after the reservation (text or email us), otherwise, you will be charged a $500 penalty after your stay if you bring a pet & did not pay for the pet fee beforehand).

Cancellation Policy:Any cancellations after booking will result in a 100% charge.

Deposit Policy:After booking, we'll ask for a 30% prepayment, with the remaining amount due 5 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
