Cozy and bright studio located at Sugar Beach, a family-friendly getaway resort. This condo is updated with a tiled walk-in shower, granite countertops, and tasteful beach decor. Enjoy cooking a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze!
The complex has three outdoor pools, children's pool, tennis court, shuffle board and charcoal grilling area for your enjoyment. One pool is heated during the cooler months. During the summer months, the Sugar Shack is open onsite and serves hamburgers, sandwiches and drinks.
If you want to venture from the condo, or the complex, Sugar Beach is within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping or entertainment venues. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably and offers a queen-size bed and sleeper sofa.
There is a private balcony where you can relax during your stay. A washer/dryer is located in the hall of the condo for your convenience

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
