This condo features Mediterranean-inspired designs. Large living room, fully furnished with custom designs and interiors. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors leading to the balcony that provides breathtaking beach and Water views. The large master suite features a big closet and sliding glass doors to the balcony. The spa-inspired master bathroom has two vanities, a separate shower and a tub. The guest bedroom has a glass door that leads to the balcony and also features its own in-suite bathroom. The spacious balcony with its own grill and sitting area allows for great entertaining while enjoying the gorgeous Pensacola Beach.
There are plenty of things to see and do nearby. Some of the most amazing amenities to enjoy, including multiple pools and tennis court, hot tub and more. Enjoy some fresh seafood with lunch at Red Fish Blue Fish before hopping back in the car for some more exploring.

• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• Additional daily amenity fee (depending on the season) will be charged upon check-in at the Front-Desk:

House rules
• For an additional fee ($149), daily housekeeping services are available upon your request from 9 am to 3 pm.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Deposit Policy:After booking, we'll ask for a 10%prepayment, with the remaining amount due 5 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 10% charge. If you cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
