Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.

• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo: Also known as the "Little Zoo That Could," this zoo is home to over 300 animals, including tigers, lions, bears, primates, and reptiles.
• Waterville USA: A water and amusement park with thrilling water slides, wave pools, lazy rivers, go-karts, mini-golf, and an escape room.
• Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge: A wildlife sanctuary with over 7,000 acres of undeveloped beaches, sand dunes, marshes, and forests. Visitors can hike, bird-watch, fish, and observe various species of birds, sea turtles, and other wildlife.

Cancellation Policy:Any cancellations after booking will result in a 100% charge.
Moderate - 5 Days
Deposit Policy:After booking, we'll ask for a 10%prepayment, with the remaining amount due 5 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 10% charge. If you cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
