Nestled away on Perdido Key, this unit is the most quaint and quiet vacation spot in Sunny Florida. Windemere 1006 is located right on the key and is a great place for you to take in breathtaking sunsets while you watch the dolphins play.
This condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a King bed in the master bedroom, one twin bed and one full bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You will quickly determine there is plenty of room for the entire family and friends!
If you are a seafood lover, a fully stocked kitchen makes for seamless nights if you choose to stay in and cook, OR take a short drive to local restaurants like The Crab Trap and Fisherman’s Corner.
Local shopping and dining are all within a short distance which makes this condo perfectly located for a great vacation! You can find water sports, arcades, water parks and other kid friendly attractions close by as well.

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. ( 25 DURING MARCH AND APRIL )
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
