Sun Gathering House is an open floor plan on the first floor as the entryway leads into the large gathering room. The kitchen is to the right and the two are split by the dining area enabling all family members to have a place for ease of gathering and communication even while meals are being prepared. This open floor plan provides direct natural flow outside to the lanai where your private pool, spa and grill are located The lanai provides plenty of table and lounge chair seating for all as you enjoy the sun on the deck or swim in the heated pool or lounge in the hot tub or share a family meal together al fresco.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary delights including Keurig Duo, hot water kettle, slow cooking pot, and Mickey Waffle maker We do not leave you wanting for any utensil
The gathering room is a large and personally appointed gathering space with extremely comfortable seating where multiple family generations can gather with a 75-inch HDTV.
There is a full bathroom off the gathering room that opens to the lanai allowing for private water closet use while swimming or quick secluded dry off and change after swimming
The Owner’s En Suite provides for first floor accommodations with luxury and comfort
The upstairs opens in the Avengers game room outfitted with side-by-side side TVs each with its own Xbox gaming console and one with a PS4 console so you can compete for side by side utilizing our high speed >400Mbs internet There is also air hockey and connect four
The five upstairs bedrooms are set to appeal to families travelling together by combining one King Suite with a Disney Themed Bunk suite sharing a jack-and-jill full bathroom. There is the enlarged Owner’s en suite featuring its own soaking tub as well as two other king ensuites and a second Star Wars-themed bunk room that utilizes a full bathroom across the hallway, accounting for 3 king suites, two themed bunk rooms and four full baths upstairs.
All the beds are of high quality and comfortable and received multiple comments from prior guests wanting to know where they can purchase similar mattresses.
There are outdoor cameras at the front door, driveway, and a camera in the non-living space garage. We have no indoor cameras or sound-level devices

Things to know
• There are outdoor cameras at the front door, and driveway, and a camera in the non-living space garage. We have no indoor cameras or sound-level devices
• Community gate access pass with QR code for each driver of a vehicle. Front door smart lock with your own unique entry code.
House rules
• You will be asked for number of adults 18+ and number of children and ages for your reservation at the time of booking.
• You will be asked to provide copy of the government ID of person making booking to owner within 24 hours of booking or booking can be cancelled.
• You will also be asked for the government photo ID of all adults 18+ staying in the home for resort security entry or booking can be cancelled.
• There is no smoking or use of tobacco products or vaping inside the home, in or around the pool or lanai, or within 25 feet of the home. Please dispose of any remnants of tobacco use prior to departure.
• No pets unless discussed with owner and approved.
• You will be asked to sign a property agreement from Meadow Sun Properties and will need to adhere to property rules.
• A security deposit ($600) will be required upon booking. This deposit will be held and fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage or policy violations have occurred during your stay.
Local attractions
Located just south of Lake Buena Vista on I-4, ChampionsGate is a multi-sectioned golf and shopping community.
• Just 15 minutes to Disney
• 23 minutes to Universal and Sea World and outlet shopping. Close to restaurants grocery stores and fast food as well. • 30 Minutes from Orlando International Airport.
• 80 miles to Gulf Beaches.
• 95 min to Space Coast.
From Orlando Airport use 417 or 528 to get to I-4 and go West toward Tampa, and we are located off exit 58. Driving from points north take the Florida turnpike to US 27 south or to I-4 and head south to ChampionsGate.
