Guests park at their own risk, and Bywater Suite Hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles. • Please, book your parking spot in advance to make sure have a spot reserved and your car is not towed away. • It is imperative that you provide the CORRECT license plate numbers when booking parking in order to make sure you have a spot. • Failure to provide correct license plate numbers, may result in car removal from premises by building management If parking in the spots are unavailable, you may utilize public street parking or paid parking lots located close to the property.

• Front Desk Hours: Open daily from 8 am - 6 pm • Pool Hours: Open daily from 8 am - 10 pm. • Surveillance: Video surveillance may be used in public areas. • Occupancy Limits: Overnight guests must not exceed the room's maximum occupancy. Extra guests or visitors need management approval; violators may be fined $200 - $500. • Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available based on availability; additional charges apply. • Please note that a refundable damage deposit of $200 may be applied during your stay.

• No Parties or Illegal Substances: - House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. - Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. • Age Restriction: - Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. • No Smoking: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including the balcony. - Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine, plus additional charges for cleaning and odor removal. • No Pets: - Pets are not allowed on the property. - Guests with service animals should contact us prior to their stay. - Violation of this rule may result in a $500 fine. • Quiet Hours: - Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Violation of quiet hours may result in a $200 fine. • Guest Liability: - The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to personal belongings that may occur on the property or its facilities. • Same-Day Late Check-ins: - For same-day late check-ins, please obtain the host's approval before booking your stay. • Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 25-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
