• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. • A valid state ID or driver’s license will be required upon booking. • There is a security camera on the property. • Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management. The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number originally booked.

• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • Local Residents: Guests residing within a 100-mile radius must contact the host prior to booking. Additional restrictions may apply. • No Parties or Illegal Activity: House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations may result in a $500 fine. • NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Violations may result in a *$500 fee plus additional cleaning charges. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us in advance of their stay. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. • No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony.
