Funky apartment perfect for two! Enjoy a king size bed, full kitchen for lite cooking and cozy living room. We are on the trolley route or you can walk two blocks to Seawall beaches and Pleasure Pier all close by. Shared pool access when in season if unit is reserved in conjunction with the main house. No pets. 2 Guest Max Must be 25Yo or older. Please read all guest requirements prior to booking your stay.

Things to know
• Thank you for booking with us! Don't forget to bring bathroom supplies (Shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, coffee, coffee filters etc.) Each vacation rental has 4 bath towels 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We ask that you please do not take supplied towels to the beach. Please bring additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc as needed . Please bring beach towels and extra towels if you feel like you may need more than the 4 supplied.
Please call or text the day of check in for door codes etc.
Check in is 4PM please let us know when you plan to arrive on the Island so if early check in is available we can notify you

CLEAN-UP ON DEPARTURE
Please leave the home as close as possible to the condition you found it in when you arrived. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. Here is a handy checklist to use during your last morning at the home. (This helps you avoid the sudden & unpleasant realization during your trip back home that you forgot to do something important):
Check-out time is 11 a.m. (all late check out must be approved)
Please turn off all lights & appliances (incl. coffee maker) & return any moved furniture back to its original spot.
Take all garbage out to the outdoor trash cans out front.
Please pile used towels on the floor in the bathrooms. (She's a hard-working woman, so please let's not make her hunt for the towels)

Absolutely no pets (except for approved documented service dogs)
Absolutely no room parties
No BBQing permitted Only lite cooking allowing No frying or cooking of anything w/ overwhelmingly or pungent odors please (no exhaust to the outside)
