This beautiful one bedroom condo, Island Sunrise 360, in Gulf Shores, AL is the perfect getaway for your family vacation!
The master bedroom has a queen bed and has access to the balcony. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. You have beautiful beach views from the balcony on one side of the condo and a view of the pool area. There is also a great bbq area to grill out a delicious dinner!
There is also a well-stocked kitchen with a dining area to cook homemade seafood feast!
Gulf Shores is a great place for a fun filled vacation! Shopping, food, and fun! This great condo is minutes from great restaurants, attractions like arcades, water parks, and amusement parks. History buff? You are minutes from historic Ft Morgan, a short ferry ride from Ft Gaines on Dauphin Island, as well as a short car ride to the USS Alabama and Ft Conde in Mobile.

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
