• Primary traveler must be at least 18 years old to book. • $250 security deposit required at check-in. • Parking fee $10 / vehicle • No pet fee for service animals • Pet of AGGRESSIVE breeds are not allowed • Please note the unit doesn’t include a full kitchen or eating utensils • Hotel is non-smoking. • $300 minimum will be charged for smoking in the hotel and guest will be asked to vacate the room without refund. • Quiet hours are from 9 P.M. to 8 A.M. • The room is available for rent for up to 50 persons to celebrate your special occasions or business meetings (please ask the front desk for more info) • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
