Parking

While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking in the vicinity on a first come, first serve basis.

Things to know

Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience. -Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand) -Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out. -Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry.
