Cozy, pet friendly, entire studio apartment just south of Downtown Cocoa Beach.
Full kitchen and private bathroom in a quiet Cocoa Beach neighborhood, free parking for 1 vehicle, outdoor shower, sun loungers for sunbathing, lounge area or "chill spot" with outdoor furniture, and a sunny front porch with table, chairs, and umbrella!
Studio #4 is a cozy and bright studio just south of Downtown Cocoa Beach.
A true studio with private bath, full kitchen, and tropical patio!
1 Queen bed at the back of the studio, with open living and kitchen area up front. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and utensils.
Adjacent to the bedroom is the private bathroom, complete with tub and shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, vanity, sink, and toilet.
Plenty of space for 2 adults. ~400 square feet of living space and pullout sofa with Queen bed.
Towels and linens are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys are available for free shared among our guests and can be found in the laundry room.
Outdoor patio area with umbrellas, shared loungers, as well as coin operated laundry onsite.
Our freshest Studio with the most recent updates and maximum privacy as it is located at the rear of our property, away from A1A and street noise.
1 Queen sized bed and 1 pullout Queen sofa bed...perfect for 2 adults, or a couple with less than 2 children. Coin laundry is available at the Studios for all guests...no washer/dryer in unit! Parking is at the back of the property and can be tight for large dually trucks. Please be OK with tight parking, otherwise book Studio 1 or Studio 2 as parking is easier. Not impossible, just please be aware you will park in front of the "4" sign at the back of the property and have to maneuver around anyone staying in "3".

• 1 Queen sized bed in the bedroom which is separated by a sliding door.
• Private bathroom.
• Pullout Queen sized sofa bed.
• Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
• Newly remodeled Beach Deck with beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
• Grill on property for shared use among guests.
House rules
• Please rinse off excess sand when returning from the beach. We do our best to keep the Cottages as sand free as possible!
• If using the shared beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, please shake off excess sand before returning to storage.
• Upon departure, please wash all used kitchen items, throw trash away, and take them to the bins outside.
• Events are not allowed.
• Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Commercial photography and filming allowed.
• Pets are allowed, 1 pet maximum, no weight restrictions, with $80 pet fee.
• We require all guests to upload a photo of their government issued ID for our online check-in process. We do not have a physical front desk/hotel lobby so we require our guests to complete their check-in through a link. The link is sent 24 hours before check-in (or as early as possible for late bookings) and must be completed before your door code will be given. Please make sure you are ok with a simple, digital, check-in process.

Deposit Policy:After booking, we'll ask for a 30% prepayment, with the remaining amount due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
