Enter through our colorful courtyard and down the path to Villa #2. Tropical breezes welcome you inside to this ocean-style townhouse!

Queen sized pullout sofa bed in the living room.
Relax in the shade on the semi-private patio, cookout on the grill, or grab some beach towels from inside Villa #1 and head East 0.4 miles, down Tyler Avenue to Cape Canaveral Beach to enjoy the sun and sand!
Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are available near the outdoor shower at the entrance of the Villas.
Coin-laundry is located onsite just outside of Villa #2

• Arrive between 4:00 PM - Self check-in; once digital registration has been completed, and the room is cleaned by housekeeping, you will receive an electronic door code.
• Please leave before 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
• Late Checkout Hours: 12:00 PM
• Late Checkout Fee: USD 50.00

• Newly remodeled Beach Deck with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
House rules
• Please rinse off excess sand when returning from the beach. We do our best to keep the Villas as sand-free as possible!
• Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are not allowed in any rooms. Smoking is only allowed outside, away from the building.
• If using the shared beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas, please shake off excess sand before returning to storage.
• Upon departure, please wash all used kitchen items, throw trash away, and take them to the bins outside.
• Pets are allowed, 1 pet maximum, no weight restrictions, with $80 pet fee.
• We require all guests to upload a photo of their government-issued ID for our online check-in process. We do not have a physical front desk/hotel lobby, so we require our guests to complete their check-in through a link. The link is sent 24 hours before check-in (or as early as possible for late bookings) and must be completed before your door code is given. Please make sure you are ok with a simple, digital check-in process before booking.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
