Welcome to one of our newest units, Villa #17. This ground floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom abode sleeps 6, with a queen bed in each bedroom, and one queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. Coco Sand Villas are conveniently located 5 blocks from the beach, a 10-minute ride to Port Canaveral, 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and 25 minutes to Patrick SFB.
The primary bedroom has a sliding glass door to the backyard and en-suite bathroom. A private office with desk, chair, and TV allows those who work remotely to be able to have quiet time, while the rest of the guests can enjoy the villa. Relax in the spacious living room, cook outside on the grill, or enjoy the warm weather on the semi-private patio facing our natural Florida garden! Stackable washer and dryer located in the unit and beach chairs are available near the outdoor shower at the courtyard entrance of the Villas. Welcome to Paradise!

Things to know
• Arrive between 4:00 PM - Self check-in; once digital registration has been completed, and the room is cleaned by housekeeping, you will receive an electronic door code.
• Please leave before 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
• Late Checkout Hours: 12:00 PM
• Late Checkout Fee: USD 50.00
• Private bathroom.
• Newly remodeled Beach Deck with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
• A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be charged upon your stay. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found in the unit.
House rules
• Please rinse off excess sand when returning from the beach. We do our best to keep the Villas as sand-free as possible!
• Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are not allowed in any rooms. Smoking is only allowed outside, away from the building.
• If using the shared beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas, please shake off excess sand before returning to storage.
• Upon departure, please wash all used kitchen items and throw the trash away.
• Pets are allowed, 2 pets maximum, no weight restrictions, with $80 pet fee.
• We require all guests to upload a photo of their government-issued ID for our online check-in process. We do not have a physical front desk/hotel lobby, so we require our guests to complete their check-in through a link. The link is sent 3 days before check-in (or as early as possible for late bookings) and must be completed before your door code is given. Please make sure you are ok with a simple, digital check-in process before booking.

Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
