About
Charming Ocean Front home located in South Cocoa Beach that sleeps 8. A vacation home for a large family or many friends! Enjoy the breeze swaying the sea oats on your newly furnished patio area. This is the ultimate paradise rental for sleeping to the sounds of the waves. Continue enjoying the day by using the BBQ while watching the beach activities. Don't forget your camera to catch all these memories. The living room has an expansive window with an ocean view and with pool-out couch. The master bedroom has an ocean view and a king-size bed, T.V., a mini fridge, and a sink area with a separate entrance. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the living room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Cottage #7 is our direct, oceanfront single family home with private beach access (for Coco Sands guests) and a semi-private large backyard. Plenty of space to lounge around and enjoy the Florida weather. Sun deck and backyard are not private but they are dedicated spaces only for Cottage 7. Please see photos for more details of the backyard. It is adjacent to the shared space for our other Cottages. It is NOT fully private but it is dedicated for Cottage 7 guests only. Cottage 7 is an absolute favorite among guests with large families who want the ultimate outdoor space!

Parking

• Free parking on premises. No street parking is allowed. Park in front of Cottage 7's door and please pull forward enough so as not to block the beach path. Only 2 cars allowed! • A refundable damage deposit of $300 will be charged upon your stay. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found in the unit.

Things to know

• Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. • Newly remodeled Beach Deck with beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. • Grill on property for shared use among guests. • A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be charged upon your stay. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found in the unit.

House rules

• Turtle Nesting Season is May-October and ALL lights must be turned off at night, or blinds closed so that no light shines through to the beach. Light pollution from homes will confuse Sea Turtles and not allow them to property reproduce. Please respect Sea Turtles and abide by "no light pollution" during these months. • Pets are allowed with $150/pet fee, two pets maximum, no weight restrictions. Please pick up after your pet and do not allow dogs off leash on the beach as they can dig into Sea Turtle Nests and Dunes and destroy natural habitats. • Please rinse off excess sand when returning from the beach. We do our best to keep the Cottages as sand free as possible! • If using the shared beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, please shake off excess sand before returning to storage. • Upon departure, please wash all used kitchen items, throw trash away, and take them to the bins outside. • We require all guests to upload a photo of their government issued ID for our online check-in process. We do not have a physical front desk/hotel lobby so we require our guests to complete their check-in through a link. The link is sent 24 hours before check-in (or as early as possible for late bookings) and must be completed before your door code will be given. Please make sure you are ok with a simple, digital, check-in process before booking. • Events are not allowed. • Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Commercial photography and filming allowed. • Check-in and checkout times

    Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your arrival.
