With your own private balcony, complete with a partial/side ocean view, this Cottage is one of our most beloved among families and those wanting a little more space. Collect as many seashells as your pockets can hold! Create memories that won't wash away with your footprints and relax in the salty breezes! Perfect for families and couples...just steps from the ocean. Partial ocean view from Cottage 6’s Balcony and private beach access without having to cross A1A! A freshly remodeled, 2nd floor Executive Cottage with private entrance and side view of the Atlantic Ocean from your front door. Go up the stairs and you’ll find a beautiful balcony to enjoy your coffee or cocktails on while you relax in the Florida sun. This unit has all the essentials and more for a private stay on the beach with friends and family. New floors, new windows, new kitchen countertops and appliances, new paint, new walk-in shower and bathroom vanity, all new linens and towels. We provide all towels, linens, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. Just bring your bathing suit! This is a second story Executive Cottage with no elevator access. Parking is in front of the building for 2 vehicles only. PLEASE do not let the door slam, we have sensitive door locks that will malfunction if the door slams and you will not be able to get into your Cottage if that happens. Please be mindful that there may be high winds on the 2nd story and you will need to make sure the door closes gently by holding onto the handle when closing.

Things to know

• Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. • Newly remodeled Beach Deck with beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. • Grill on property for shared use among guests. • A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be charged upon your stay. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found in the unit.

House rules

• Turtle Nesting Season is May-October and ALL lights must be turned off at night, or blinds closed so that no light shines through to the beach. Light pollution from homes will confuse Sea Turtles and not allow them to property reproduce. Please respect Sea Turtles and abide by "no light pollution" during these months. • Pets are allowed with $80/pet fee, two pets maximum, no weight restrictions. Please pick up after your pet and do not allow dogs off leash on the beach as they can dig into Sea Turtle Nests and Dunes and destroy natural habitats. • Please rinse off excess sand when returning from the beach. We do our best to keep the Cottages as sand free as possible! • If using the shared beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, please shake off excess sand before returning to storage. • Upon departure, please wash all used kitchen items and throw trash away. • We require all guests to upload a photo of their government issued ID for our online check-in process. We do not have a physical front desk/hotel lobby so we require our guests to complete their check-in through a link. The link is sent 24 hours before check-in (or as early as possible for late bookings) and must be completed before your door code will be given. Please make sure you are ok with a simple, digital, check-in process before booking. • Events are not allowed. • Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Commercial photography and filming allowed.

    Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
