A vacation where you can feel sunny and free, welcome to Villa #3! 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom, in Cape Canaveral. Less than 2 miles to Port Canaveral Cruises and 10 minutes to downtown Cocoa Beach! Full Kitchen and open living area. 1 Queen Bed in Primary Bedroom 1 Queen sized pullout sofa bed in living roomBeautiful jungle pathway with outdoor patio. Pedestrian Friendly Area; Short walk to the Beach, Close to the Library and Recreation Center. Townhouse in a triplex with 2 beds, 1 bath, full kitchen, and semi-private outdoor space to relax. Enter through our colorful courtyard and down the path to Villa #3. Tropical breezes welcome you inside to this ocean-style townhouse! Primary bedroom has 1 Queen bed. Queen sized pullout sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen with utensils, cookware, plates, mugs, cups, and wine glasses. Private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, A hairdryer, bath towels, soap, conditioner, and shampoo are provided. Relax in the shade on the semi-private patio, cookout on the grill, or grab some beach towels from inside Villa #1 and head East 0.4 miles, down Tyler Avenue to Cape Canaveral Beach to enjoy the sun and sand! Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are available near the outdoor shower at the entrance of the Villas. Coin-laundry is located onsite just outside of Villa #1 Welcome to Paradise! Pets are allowed, 1 pet maximum, no weight restrictions, with $80 pet fee. Grill is for shared use among Villa guests.

Things to know

• Arrive between 4:00 PM - Self check-in; once digital registration has been completed, and the room is cleaned by housekeeping, you will receive an electronic door code. • Please leave before 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. • Late Checkout Hours: 12:00 PM • Late Checkout Fee: USD 50.00 • Private bathroom. • Newly remodeled Beach Deck with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. • A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be charged upon your stay. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found in the unit.

House rules

• Please rinse off excess sand when returning from the beach. We do our best to keep the Villas as sand-free as possible! • Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are not allowed in any rooms. Smoking is only allowed outside, away from the building. • If using the shared beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas, please shake off excess sand before returning to storage. • Upon departure, please wash all used kitchen items, throw trash away, and take them to the bins outside. • Pets are allowed, 1 pet maximum, no weight restrictions, with $80 pet fee. • We require all guests to upload a photo of their government-issued ID for our online check-in process. We do not have a physical front desk/hotel lobby, so we require our guests to complete their check-in through a link. The link is sent 24 hours before check-in or as early as possible for late bookings) and must be completed before your door code is given. Please make sure you are ok with a simple, digital check-in process before booking.
