Everyone is astonished while stepping on this beautiful heritage front balcony leading in this first floor Luxury Suite, ideally located in Downtown Vieux-Longueuil.
It offers a modern kitchen, fully equipped with a professional Italian natural gas oven, panoramic windows offering a view on the nearby Cathedral - yes a Cathedral - surrounds a kitchen island with 4 stools perfect for happy hour or while making a great dinner.
The dining table can accommodate easily 8 persons and open up an another large balcony at the rear of the property with a natural gas BBQ from the house and a small corner for dining outside in summer. From there another flight of stairs will take you down into the garden and your private hot tub.
A very spacious living room with a comfortable sectional sofa sits in face of a natural gas fireplace will keep you warm after a long day outside. On the wall over the fireplace is a smart television with TV cable.
There are one spacious King Bed Master Bedroom with its own bathroom and 2 other Queen beds comfortable and cozy bedrooms. Large wardrobes in each.
There is another fully renovated large bathroom to accommodate all guests.
You will feel comfortable in this unit as in during summer there is A/C in the suite and in winter the property is heated with comfortable natural gas heated water radiators across rooms.
You have access to free WIFI and one private parking at the property during your stay. In addition, there are additional parking spaces on the street and a large public parking lot nearby.
