Located on the third floor of the historic downtown Brent building, this new STUNNING one-bedroom unit has a perfect view of the main street of Palafox and is conveniently located within steps of shopping, dining, parks, and entertainment. The simple, chic, and relaxed décor invites you to get comfortable and feel at home. Bedroom offers a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Blackout drapery decorates the bedroom window. A fully-supplied kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances are provided at your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the beautiful outdoor common area just around the corner from your front door. (This condo is actually a 2 bed/2 bath, but when you choose the one bedroom version, we will lock off the second bedroom so you have access to the living room, dining room, laundry, primary bedroom and primary bathroom).
**IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginning January 5, 2026, construction will take place on Palafox Street in front of The Lofts. While we’re excited for the improvements, we want to let you know that this condo does overlook the construction work. While the construction doesn't appear to have environmental effects on the condo, Palafox Street has a bustling nightlife scene, including bars and restaurants open later into the night. You will most likely experience a heightened noise level, especially Thurs-Sat night. We’re happy to answer any questions or provide additional details upon request. Entry to The Lofts should not be affected, as there are two alternative entrances located on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to minimizing inconvenience while keeping all guests informed. Thank you!**

Feel free to use the laundry pods to refresh the towels during your stay or opt in for a room refresh for an addl cost.

Parking
While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24).
Things to know
Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience.
-Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand)
-Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out.
-Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25.

• No smoking allowed inside the building or in the Sky Lounge.
• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
• No parties allowed on the premises. Events must be approved through the proper channels and given prior authorization through management.
