Things to know

Other things to note • PLEASE NOTICE common walkway concrete repairs at The Whaler on Monday, February 10th. They will start on the 7th floor and work their way down. These repairs will be very noisy. Contractors will be onsite each morning at 8:00am but will not start making loud noise until 9:00am. This work could take up to 10 weeks to complete depending on weather. There will be construction trailers and dumpsters in the parking lot.**** • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
