We are a block to Pleasure Pier & beach You won’t want to leave this small cozy spot but there’s so much to do right outside the door Walk to Fish Tales on the corner for Shrimp Kisses before enjoying your day on the beach Murdoch’s gift shop is a block east to get all your souvenirs & enjoy their great deck over the Gulf Small efficiency w/ shower only. Queen mattress w/ window A/C Small fridge & a cook top for lite cooking. CHECK INS START AT 4PM Must be 25 or older to book

Three night minimum on holidays and special events . 2 guests max queen bed only. W/ private kitchen and bath. Shared entry with free street parking. 25 or older to book please. No pets allowed. One person tile shower. Common entry shared with other guests.

• All bookings require min two hour lead time. Please be respectful of other tenants and courteous. No Smoking, No pets, One parking pass per unit, Sleeps 2, (2) adults max. Must be 25YO or older to book. All guest must be 25YO or accompanied by parent. Absolutely no house parties allowed. No unauthorized guest at anytime. No more guest in room than room sleeps at anytime. Respect other guest. Violation of any of these house rules will result in removal from the property without refund. Thank you in advance for following all house rules.

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
