Guests should review the specific terms included in their reservation confirmation. - Flexible Rate Reservations Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date without penalty. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date (No-Show) will also be charged the full amount of the reservation. - Non-Refundable Reservations Reservations booked under a Non-Refundable Rate cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. The full amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking and remains non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show. Any applicable refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
