This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping centers directly across the street. And if you prefer to venture out for a day of activities, there are 10 first class golf courses and fishing options available only a short drive away.
This 2nd floor spacious condo with a private balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf is nicely decorated and features a sofa sleeper in the living room in case you need an additional sleeping space.
Start your morning by taking in the beauty of sunrise against the emerald green of the water or enjoy some laps in the community pool right outside your windows.
After a day of relaxing on the beach, you’ll be able to retreat to your own master bedroom that comes with a spacious bathroom.
And for your convenience, this condo comes with an equipped kitchen ready for you to enjoy a home-cooked meal on the nights that you just don’t feel like going out.

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
