Definition
Non-refundable- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Log in to the Extranet
Go to- account.booking.com
User- onboarding@hosteeva.com

Find you property

Click the Rates & Availability tab, then Rate Plans

Click Add a new rate plan

Under Custom, click Add rate plan

A short list of questions will appear to guide you through the set-up. Leave all marked default points as it is except point 1 Which cancellation policy would you like to use for this rate plan?- Set Non-refundable and 6 How would you like to manage this rate plan? Must be selected - Set up as a new rate plan

Click Review to check your answers, then click Activate rate plan to finalize the new Non-Refundable Rate
Note if you have more than 1 room on your listing click Rooms- Edit- select all rooms

Find the property on Hosteeva and go to the Update page

Find Booking.com mapping and click to edit

Add rate

Insert rate ID from Booking.com and add -10 under % and mark checkbox under “Is Active” section

Save and sync the calendars from Timeline with “Sync Availability 1 Year Ahead” and “Sync availability with Elasticsearch”

Go to the Booking.com extranet and check the calendars. The calendars must be synced and the non-refundable rate must be cheaper 10% than the Standard

Edit pricing per guest for the Non-refundable rate and set max guest count as it set for the Standard rate

Go to the traveler end page and check the rate for the guests
