From time to time, we receive premium rate notifications from Department of Labour and Employment from each state.
A company typically receives a premium rate notification when there is a change in their insurance policy that affects the cost.
- Check the notified rates against the current rates for the specific state in APS in the section Tax Settings.
- If the rates match, no further action is required.
- If the rates differ, forward the rate notification document to APS to update the rates accordingly.
