From time to time, we receive premium rate notifications from Department of Labour and Employment from each state.

A company typically receives a premium rate notification when there is a change in their insurance policy that affects the cost.

  1. Check the notified rates against the current rates for the specific state in APS in the section Tax Settings.
  2. If the rates match, no further action is required.
  3.  If the rates differ, forward the rate notification document to APS to update the rates accordingly.
