Dashboard: This is your main overview page where you can see key performance indicators for your properties, such as income, occupancy rates, and other metrics.
Navigating the Dashboard
Date Selection: At the top, you can choose the specific date range you want to analyze. This will update all metrics to reflect the selected period. The dates are sorted by check-out by default; however, you can sort them by Booked date as well - just choose it from the dropdown. If you need to see the numbers for a previous year, you can either update the From-To dates or use the arrows next to the Year to go back or forward.
Property and City Filters: You can filter data by specific properties or cities (highlighted in yellow above), if you manage multiple locations. This is particularly useful for comparing performance across different assets.
Expanding the list: Right below the Income graph, you have Reservations by property for the year and last Statements, to expand the list of items shown, please click the “View more” link.
Downloading the list: To download the list of the reservations or statements from the Dashboard section, click the “hamburger’ menu icon and export it to a CSV file.
Key Metrics Overview
Total Income for Period: This section displays the total income generated by your properties within the selected time frame. You can view a month-by-month breakdown, as shown in the bar chart below.
Expenses for Period: This shows the total expenses incurred during the selected period.
Reservations for Period: This metric shows the number of reservations and sold nights within the selected period. It’s a good indicator of demand and occupancy.

The occupancy rates are displayed in two different contexts:
-
Occupancy Rate YTD (Year-to-Date): This figure shows the occupancy rate from the start of the year up to the current date.
-
Occupancy Rate for Period: This rate reflects the occupancy for the specific period you have selected on the dashboard. It allows you to analyze how your property is performing during particular months, seasons, or custom date ranges.
Example: In the screenshot provided, the Occupancy Rate for Period is 21%, meaning that during the selected timeframe, 21% of available nights were booked. Meanwhile, the Occupancy Rate YTD is 31%, giving you a year-to-date perspective of how well your property has been utilized.
