In the Hosteeva Dashboard, you have the ability to customize your calendar view to suit your preferences. The calendar layout options provide you with the flexibility to organize your rental property management efficiently. Here's how you can tailor your view:

1. View Single Property/Multiple Properties as a Horizontal Scroll List

Viewing Single Property:

• The right side of the dashboard displays the calendar, where you can easily scroll through the upcoming months. Here, you can view all the bookings and events specific to the selected property. Names shown on the calendar are the guests that Bookied the property, and the color corresponds to which booking channel the guests Booked from.

• To identify which color corresponds to which booking channel, you can access the "Legend" feature on the right side of the Timeline. Clicking on the "Legend" will display a key that clearly defines the colors and their respective booking channels.

The "Group By" feature in the Hosteeva Dashboard allows you to customize your view further by grouping properties in a way that best suits your needs. This feature is particularly helpful when managing multiple hotels, room types, or individual rooms. Let's explore the available "Group By" options:

Filters Overview (Check the photos above)

The Hosteeva Dashboard offers six filters that allow you to customize your view and find the information you need quickly. These filters help you streamline your real estate management tasks and provide a more efficient way to access critical data. Here are the six available filters:

1. Selecting the Exact Property: Use this filter to focus on a specific property in your real estate portfolio. It allows you to narrow down your view to a single property and view its details, bookings, and other relevant information.

2. Selecting a Location: If you're interested in properties within a particular area, you can use this filter to filter listings by location. It's a handy tool for real estate portfolios spanning multiple areas or cities.

3. Search by [Check-Out / Booked]: This filter empowers you to search for properties based on their booking status. You can choose one of these two options - Check-Out, or Booked - to filter your property listings accordingly.

4. Choose the Dates: After selecting one of the options mentioned in the previous filter (Check-Out / Booked), you can further refine your search by specifying specific dates. This feature is particularly useful when you want to view upcoming bookings, past check-ins, or available dates.
