• Get all the necessary information on hand before creating a hotel (Location, Title & description, features & amenities, things to know, house rules, local attractions, amenities, check-in/out hours, room types & units in each type + photos etc)
• We start with creating a user account for the hotel we are going to create
• After creating a user account for the hotel, we go to the admin portal to start creating the hotel
Note: The hotel owner is not always the same as the Hotel’s name, if you know who is the actual owner, then create the user account accordingly.
• After creating the Hotel, make sure to Confirm it (just like we do it after creating a unit)
• The next step is creating the room types under the hotel
• Create the room type
• Add units under the room type
Note: Create units under room types after adding all the information on the Overview, amenities, and description pages. Because the units will copy everything from the room type. If the room type is not fully ready, then add all the necessary information then go and create units.
