We have an important update regarding reservation policies in the Gulf Coast area. Effective immediately, underage reservations can now be accepted, provided the guest is 18 years or older.
Please note that this exception does not apply during Spring Break periods, during which standard age restrictions remain in place.
For all other managed properties outside the Gulf Coast area, reservations made by underage guests must still be canceled in accordance with existing policy.
