Follow the steps below to connect Pricelab successfully with Hosteeva
The owner should create a PriceLab account and add Hosteeva

Make sure the Owner Pricelab account email is the same as the Hosteeva user account email.
If they are not the same, add the owner PriceLab account email in Hosteeva as an Alt email under user details.
Navigate to the Hosteeva admin portal, find the Automatic Pricing from the left menu, and click on PriceLabs under the dropdown. It will open a new page with Hosteeva properties. Find/filter the property you want to enable the PriceLab. From the Enabled column, enable the PriceLab. If you have an Alt email applied to the user account, it will ask you to choose the correct email address. Choose the email address that is also on the Pricelab account and click on the Save Changes button.
Navigate to Hosteeva Dashboard and from the left menu, click on Automatic pricing.
Click on the Property Groups tab and check if the property is included in any group.
If not, create a Property Group
Set the Group name
Min Max Min Diff prices
Add properties from the left column to the right
Click on Create Button
Navigate to the Templates tab and click on the Create Template Button, choosing PriceLabs from the dropdown
Give a name to the Template
Tag the property group by moving from the left window to the right
Check the “Enable to set Min Stay to each day from PriceLabs” box
Change the Mode to Write Mode
Check the “Active” box and click on the Create Button
Go back to the Automatic Pricing > PriceLabs on the Admin Portal and make sure the Synced column says YES
Wait 30-60 minutes after you see the Synced status, and then go to the Hosteeva Timeline
Find the property and from the Views dropdown choose the PriceLabs template price.
It should show the PriceLabs rates on the Timeline in small numbers under the regular rate.
Make sure the small numbers match the Hosteeva raw rate. If you see any discrepancies, report them to developers after checking that all the steps above are correctly processed.
