This article helps handle calls from prospective owners who have properties and want to cooperate with Hosteeva as a service provider or manager of their property. Getting the required owner information helps the Hosteeva business development team reach out to the prospective client and ensure a smooth sales process.
Process:
When an agent answers a call from a prospective property owner or manager, the agent is NOT supposed to answer any questions that are sales-related. The agent is ONLY supposed to collect the following data:
- Caller's full name
- E-mail address and/or phone number
- Property location
- Number of properties or units.
Tips and scripts for the calls if the caller asks about Hosteeva services details:
"Thank you for your interest in our services! We offer three various types of property management services, from full scope to software only. While I don’t have all the detailed specifics about each service type, our business development team specializes in tailoring solutions to meet your needs. If I may take your contact information, our business development team will reach out within 24 hours"
The questions to gather the information needed:
"May I have your full name, please?"
"Could you please, share your best email address and/or phone number where we can reach you?"
"Where is your property located?"
"How many properties do you currently own or manage?"
Reassurance and Closing:
Upon finalizing the call, we need to tell the caller his/her request will be submitted to our business development team and someone will reach out back as soon as possible. Please use the following script.
"Thank you for sharing those details. I’ll pass this information along to our business development team. One of our representatives will get in touch with you shortly to provide more information about our services and recommend the option that best suits your needs."
After collecting the required data:
Go to ''Send a Message'' and send an email to the following addresses. Don't forget to include a message subject line "Prospective Owner Call"
