This document aims to clarify the process of responding to Vrbo guest special requests and/or inquiries. 

Below is the screenshot of a Vrbo guest special request/inquiry on Zendesk.

Once getting this type of inquiry from VRBO, you will need to use the reservation confirmation in order to pull it up from the VRBO extranet. The confirmation is the highlighted combination of the numbers, at the end of the subject of the ticket.

You need to enter the confirmation number once logged in to VRBO, in the INBOX of the Owner's Dashboard. Once entered, you will find the chat needed. 
Please, make sure the message/inquiry is answered in order not to miss any communication with potential/current guests.
