1. Room Type Change Required
If the guest’s originally booked room type is unavailable:

Offer the guest an alternative room type.
- A free upgrade may be offered where possible as a goodwill gesture.

Refund any price difference between the original and the alternative room.

Provide a 20% discount on a future stay as a goodwill gesture.
2. Partial Availability (No Full Accommodation)
If we can accommodate only some of the reservation dates:

Offer the guest a reduced stay.
- A free upgrade may be offered during the available dates, if applicable.

If the guest accepts:

Adjust the reservation to reflect the new stay dates.

Refund for the dates we cannot accommodate.

Offer a free future stay equal to the number of canceled nights (maximum of 2 nights).

If the guest declines, proceed to full cancellation (see below).
3. No Availability (Full Cancellation)
If we cannot accommodate the guest on any of their requested dates:

Cancel the reservation entirely.

Issue a full refund.

Offer a free future stay equal to the number of canceled nights (maximum of 2 nights).
