When charging any additional amount from a guest (e.g., damages, shipment, or extra cleaning fees):

Stripe Payments:

From “Guest Charges”, select “Accidental Charge.”
Note: Charges marked as Accidentals will add up to the total reservation amount.

Channel Payments (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com):

Add the charge under “Resolution Payment.”
Note: Resolution Payments will not be reflected in the total reservation amount but will be visible for tracking and documentation purposes.
