Bi-Monthly Statement Periods
Hosteeva’s billing cycle is divided into two distinct periods:

1st Statement: This includes all guest stays with check-out dates from the 1st to the 15th of the month.

2nd Statement: This includes check-out dates from the 16th to the end of the month.
Statement Publication and Payment Timeline
Statements are generally published on a predictable schedule to ensure consistency:

23rd of the month: For stays with check-out dates between the 16th and the end of the month
Payments are processed within 24 hours of the statement being published, ensuring timely and efficient disbursement to owners.
Important Note on Timing
If the 7th or 23rd falls on a weekend or national holiday, the processing of payments may be delayed. Hosteeva makes every effort to minimize these delays and keep owners informed of any schedule adjustments.
