Summary of User Role Responsibilities:

Role Access Rights Responsibilities Property Owner Full access to all features. Manages property listings, guest interactions, and oversees all other roles. Area Manager Access similar to Property Owner but with some restrictions. Manages day-to-day operations, guest interactions, and oversees Supervisors, Housekeepers, and Executors. Supervisor Access to Housekeeping and Maintenance tabs. Can assign tickets to Housekeepers and Executors. Manages housekeeping and maintenance tasks, delegates work, and reports to the Area Manager. Housekeeper Access to Housekeeping and Maintenance tabs. Completes tasks assigned by Supervisors and reports back upon completion. Executor Access to Housekeeping and Maintenance tabs. Similar to the Housekeeper role, responsible for fulfilling tasks assigned by Supervisors and reporting on completion.
