Welcome to Queen City (Charlotte, NC) and to this charming and newly renovated bungalow located in the historic Belmont neighborhood, close to the NoDa area. NoDa is the city’s arts and entertainment district. It's known for its eclectic galleries and music venues, including the Neighborhood Theatre, host to big-name acts, and intimate spots like the Evening Muse. Artisan gift shops, jewelry stores. Local eats include Southern fare, Cajun cuisine, and pizza, and there are a number of hip dive bars.
This modern and fully-furnished house comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms featuring an open living and kitchen area for an inviting space to relax or entertain.

A huge backyard and a spacious front porch are great for evening conversations and family connections. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better. Just a few blocks from the Light Rail Station, this bungalow is close to all charming hot spots, including Optimist Hall, great new breweries, boutiques, restaurants, and Cordelia Park.

Things to know
• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
• A valid state ID or driver’s license will be required upon booking.
• There is a security camera on the property.
• Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management. The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number originally booked.
House rules
• Local Residents: Guests residing within a 100-mile radius must contact the host prior to booking. Additional restrictions may apply.
• No Parties or Illegal Activity: House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations may result in a $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor.
• Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at an additional ($130+ Tax) fee.
The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation.
One pet (25 pound maximum limit) per unit max.
All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages to the property.
Violations may result in a *$500 fee plus additional cleaning charges. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us in advance of their stay.
