Away from the crowds of high-rise condos, this relaxing resort offers the perfect blend of beachside serenity and coastal adventure, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Little Lagoon on the other. 🌊☀️
Inside the condo, you’ll find a newly renovated kitchen, updated walk-in shower, and comfortable new wood composite furniture on the balcony — the perfect place to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. The bedroom features a new memory foam mattress, and the living room includes a memory foam sleeper sofa for added comfort during your stay.
Guests enjoy year-round access to the large outdoor pool, along with endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. Spend your days swimming, fishing, boating, crabbing, or simply soaking up the sun on the beautiful nearby beach.
Fishing enthusiasts will love the two private docks complete with benches and lighting, plus a convenient fish-cleaning station on the east dock. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or an extended beach vacation, this property offers everything you need for a memorable Gulf Shores stay. 🎣🏖️

Parking
• Parking limited spaces 2 cars maximum. Parking Passes can be purchases onsite.
• $30 per parking pass.
• Working hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• Beach chair and umbrella rentals available on our private beach
• Please note: onsite property work is scheduled to begin November 1, 2026.
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
