The sound of waves and the smell of your morning coffee never felt so good… except when you stay at this spacious and fun-filled Atlantica Towers Condo by Hosteeva. There’s so much to do and see at this resort. Spend days collecting seashells and splashing in the ocean, or enjoy an afternoon enjoying the 150 ft. long Lazy River with pools hot tub spa and more. Location-wise it doesn’t get any better - close to must-see Myrtle Beach attractions, including Broadway at the Beach, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Myrtle Waves Water Park! This family-friendly resort has everything for every member of your family. Sun in the fun vacations have never been better – whether you prefer a relaxing vacation or activity-packed days, we have it covered for you! Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

• Parking for 2 cars. • Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort.

Things to know

• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding! • Upgraded internet | Perfect for work from the beach! 200mbs/20mbs - Per unit • In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement. • The indoor pool is located at the main tower

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
