Our most intimate accommodation, the Monterey Villa boasts 700 sq. ft. of living space, with high, vaulted ceilings, a second-floor loft, and a private balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glorious Arizona sunset in the evening. This villa sleeps four with a king bed on the main level and a queen bed in the loft. For those occasions that you’re not heading into Scottsdale or enjoying a meal poolside at The Grille, the fully equipped kitchen includes a glass stovetop and microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The villa also features a washer/dryer for convenience – and a wood-burning fireplace to sit by at the end of the day. The master bath includes dual sinks and a whirlpool tub. This studio features a private balcony, high-vaulted ceilings, and a second-floor loft. There is also a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine and tumble dryer.
