Ocean Pier 3 has a private and secluded feel to give you a peaceful experience yet when you venture out you find that all the shopping, entertainment, and attractions that make the Grand Strand famous are right there close to you.

• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• There is a ring camera at the front door.
• Please note that motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are strictly prohibited on the property.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 fine
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• It is strongly forbidden to disconnect, reset or make any changes in the Wi-Fi router settings.
• Pets are not allowed
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
