• Parking passes for max 2 cars.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• 11 Laundry Rooms, one on each floor of buildings 1, 2, and 3; and 2 on first floor of building 4. (Paid)
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• Hop in the car, and Gulf Shores' shopping and dining are a 15-mile drive away
